Dressing

For Zoe, this week has been all about dressing. She is keen on all her frames: buttons, zippers, snaps and is rehearsing with them a lot. Mostly, after Scott and I are already dressed for work, she insists on unbuttoning and re-buttoning our shirts and jackets. She's pretty good at it, but tying shoelaces is frustrating her somewhat. Right now, she's mostly practicing lacing, and doing the first cross over and loop under with tying bows. Neither of us mind the delay or dressing regime, but I wonder how Ruth felt when Zoe asked her to please sit down cross legged so she could unbutton Ruth's sweater. That may have been a tad too intimate for Ruth, ya think?
